第 2 个月解决一个具体病症：单词都认识，连成句子就听不懂；观点都有，说出来却是散装句子。方法分两条线同时推进——耳朵这条线练连读、弱读、句重音，让你听清「真实语速」而不是「教材录音」；嘴巴这条线练语篇标记、让步与反驳、比较与因果，让你的三分钟陈述有骨架而不是流水账。每周一个语音点配一种材料（新闻、播客、访谈、演讲），周日交一段录音和一篇短评。

## 一、本月目标

> 本月不追求「听懂每个词」。目标是听懂**结构**：说话人在哪转折、在哪举例、在哪收尾。抓住这三处，生词不影响理解。

### 第 1 周｜连读弱读 + 新闻

**本周目标**

1. 认出并模仿四种语音现象，标注 60 秒文本 ≥ 9 处。
2. 90 秒新闻听 2 遍，写出主旨 + 3 个细节。
3. 用 60 秒复述一条新闻，不看稿。

**语音要点：为什么你「听不懂」**

练习方法：拿一段 60 秒音频的文本，先标连读（‿）、弱读（小字）、重音（大写），再跟读。标不出来说明还没听清，不要急着模仿。

过关标准：摘要含「谁 + 做了什么 + 影响」三层，细节 ≥ 2 个；复述不看稿，卡顿不超过 2 次，且用出 3 个以上本周词；标注文本能被别人看懂你的标记含义。

### 第 2 周｜语篇标记 + 播客

**本周目标**

1. 按功能记住 20 个连接表达，不混用。
2. 3—5 分钟播客听 2 遍能写 3 句摘要。
3. 90 秒复述里用出 ≥ 6 个连接词，逻辑不断。

**语篇标记：按功能记，不按字母记**

两组易混：

- **on the contrary** = 恰恰相反（否定前一句）；**on the other hand** = 另一方面（补充对立面）。多数人想说的是后者。
- **as for** 后接名词，暗示「至于…（不太重要或另说）」；**as to** 更正式，常接 whether / how 从句。

口语还需要填充语，否则思考时会尴尬地沉默：Well, … / I mean, … / Let me think for a second. / That's a good question. 这些不算废话，是给你争取组织时间。

### 第 3 周｜让步与反驳 + 访谈

**本周目标**

1. 掌握「承认—转折—反驳—限定」四步结构。
2. 会用 although / though / even though / while / despite / in spite of，不写错。
3. 完成 2 分钟反驳录音，语气不生硬。

**语法要点：让步不是认输，是加分的姿态**

三个高频错误：

- ❌ Despite the weather was bad, we went. ✅ **Despite the bad weather** / **Although the weather was bad**…
- ❌ Although it was late, but we continued. ✅ Although it was late, we continued.（although 与 but 不共存）
- ❌ Even although… ✅ **Even though**…

四步反驳模板（口语可直接套）：

1. 承认：**Admittedly**, remote work does save commuting time.
2. 转折：**That said**, it blurs the line between work and rest.
3. 反驳：**The problem with that view is** it assumes everyone has a quiet room at home.
4. 限定：**To some extent** the criticism is fair, but it doesn't outweigh the benefits.

### 第 4 周｜比较与因果 + TED

**本周目标**

1. 8 组比较、因果表达用得准，10 句翻译错 ≤ 2。
2. 能描述图表趋势：上升、下降、持平、波动、峰值。
3. 完成 3 分钟观点陈述，2:50—3:10 之间。

**语法要点一：比较的精度**

- 同级：as + 形容词 + as；否定 not as … as（= 不如）
- 修饰比较级：**much / far / considerably / slightly / marginally** + 比较级。不能说 very better。
- 倍数：twice as many as / three times the cost of
- 递进：**The more** we automate, **the fewer** errors we make.
- 权衡：The benefits **outweigh** the risks.（比 "are more than" 自然）

**语法要点二：因果别只会 because**

只有 30 分钟时：5 分钟盲听，10 分钟新材料，8 分钟跟读，7 分钟录音回听。**回听不能省**——不回听就等于没练口语。

## 六、下月衔接

第 3 个月从「说」转到「写」，但说不能停：

1. **每周仍保留 1 次 3 分钟口头陈述**，主题取自当周阅读材料。写作练结构，口语练即时组织，两者互相供血。
2. **把本月的 200 词评论存好**。第 3 个月末写 250 词议论文时对照，看论证是否变厚。
3. **开始积累「可引用的例子」**。每月 5 个真实案例（公司、政策、个人经历），议论文和演示都要用；临场编例子最容易被看穿。

第 3 个月第一周会拆长难句，靠的是本月练出的结构感——你已经能听出说话人在哪转折，现在要把同样的敏感度用到书面句子上。
