**今天学什么**

今天写 200 词报告，四段：目的、三条发现、结论、两条建议。昨天读的那份报告给了比例——目的 1 句、发现最重、结论 2 句、建议 2 条。今天真正的难点不在英语，在判断：三条发现得能支撑一个结论，两条建议得能落地。写之前先填一张三列表，把「谁、何时、做什么」定死，剩下的都是翻译工作。60 分钟，写完就是初稿，Day 6 统一复盘，今天写完先别急着改。

这十个词构成报告的动作链：recommend 提出、propose 备选、pilot 小范围试、implement 全面推、allocate 给资源。写建议段时，动词选得越具体，建议越像真的。反过来，improve、enhance、optimize 这类词看着高级，实际上什么也没说，尽量少用。

target 和 goal 有细微差别：target 是可量化的指标，常配 against a target of；goal 更宽泛。报告里说数字，用 target 更专业。quarter 在书面里常缩写成 Q3，第一次出现写全 the third quarter，之后可以用缩写。

## 三、语篇点：建议要写清谁、何时、做什么

**规则**

1. 一条建议 = 一个动作 + 一个施动者 + 一个期限。三样缺一样，这条建议就落不了地。
2. 句式首选 We recommend that + 主语 + 动词原形：We recommend that the service manager hire four agents by 1 September. 虚拟语气里动词不加 s。
3. recommend 不接 to do。要么 recommend that…，要么 recommend doing：We recommend hiring four agents.
4. 一条只做一件事。把「招聘并培训」写进一条，执行时一定漏一半；拆成两条，各配期限。
5. 两条建议按优先级排序，用 First / In addition 或 The first step is… / We also suggest…。最重要的放第一条。

**常见错误**

1. 建议写成口号：Improve communication. 谁跟谁沟通、多久一次、到什么程度，全都没有。
2. 期限写成 soon / as soon as possible。这两个词在报告里等于没有期限。
3. 建议与发现不挂钩。发现说线上响应慢，建议却写加强培训，读者会问：这两件事有关系吗？

**怎么写出一条真建议**

先填三格：谁（一个岗位，不是「大家」）、何时（一个日期，不是「尽快」）、做什么（一个能验收的动作，不是「提升」）。三格填不出来，说明这条建议还没想清楚，先删掉换一条。200 词的报告只放两条建议，每一条都该经得起追问「那具体怎么做」。

**C 评分要点**

2. 发现 3 条，每条一个数据，动词准确（rose、came from、reached）。
3. 结论只判断不加新数据，有一句预测或后果。
4. 建议 2 条，每条都有岗位、日期、具体动作，无 soon / as soon as possible。
5. 词数 190—215，无 The chart is about 类空话，语法错误 ≤ 4 处。
