**今天学什么**
Day 2 你改的是别人的错句，今天要自己造对的句子。任务很具体：用四个时态写 8 句项目进展，每句朗读 2 遍。难点不在结构，而在「分配」——哪一句该用一般过去，哪一句该用现在完成进行，取决于你想让听的人知道什么。写完之后你会得到一小段可以拆开用的语料，以后周报、站会、口头汇报，换个项目名就能套。

## 一、今日任务

如果手头没有真实项目，就编一个具体的小项目：给官网换登录页、给仓库换系统、给客户上线报表。项目越小越好写，因为节点清楚、动作具体；写成「提升公司效率」这种大词，八句里有七句会落空。

写的时候按「过去—现在—背景」的顺序排，不要按语法分类排。真实汇报就是先讲发生了什么，再讲现在到哪，需要时才补一句更早的背景。

注意 onboard 和 hand over 这两个词在中文里没有对应动词，很多人会用 start、give 代替，听起来就外行。onboard 是「让对方进入并使用系统或流程」，hand over 是「把手上的事连人带资料交出去」，两个动作方向相反，别混。

这组词按「动作类型」记更牢：deliver、roll out、onboard、finalize 是完成类；track、escalate、hand over 是过程类；sign off、milestone、blocker 是状态类。完成类多用一般过去或现在完成，过程类多用完成进行，状态类看时间点。

## 三、语法点：一段话里的四个时态

单个句子判时态不难，难的是八句连成一段还各就各位。

1. **一句一个主时间。** 每句只交代一个时间层次，不要在一句里又 yesterday 又 since。想塞两件事就拆成两句。
2. **一般过去管「节点」。** 有日期、有明确时间点的动作，一律一般过去：We delivered phase one last Friday.
3. **现在完成管「结果」。** 不说到哪天，只说「已经完成，所以现在如何」：We've finished the testing, so we can start the rollout.
4. **现在完成进行管「还在路上」。** 汇报里最值钱的一句：We've been working on the migration since August.
5. **过去完成管「背景」。** 只有在句子里出现第二个过去动作时才用：By the time the client called, we had already fixed the bug.

排序建议：先用一般过去铺三个已发生的节点，再用现在完成收一个结果，用完成进行说一件正在进行的事，最后用过去完成补一句背景。八句里四种时态大致按 3:2:2:1 分配，读起来才有层次。

还有一个实用技巧：写完之后把所有时间词圈出来排成一列，看它们是不是从早到晚。如果顺序乱了，说明你的句子在时间上跳来跳去，听的人要不停重新定位。汇报不是写小说，时间线越直越好。

**常见错误**

- 八句全用一般过去，读起来像流水账，听的人不知道现在到哪了。
- 为了显得「高级」，每句都加 have，结果时间锚全乱。
- 过去完成用在没有参照点的句子里，比如单独一句 We had finished the report，读者会等下文。

这八句连起来读，是一条完整的时间线：七月启动，九月交付，上周签批，现在测试完成、客户接入、数据还在清，背景里有一个已经解决的供应商问题，最后给出下一步。

**16 评分**：8 句读完 60—90 秒，时态错误不超过 2 处，每句至少一个词读得明显更重。

写 8 句最容易犯的错是「句子都对，连起来不像话」。检查方法很简单：把八句念给一个不懂你项目的人听，问他现在进行到哪一步。他答得出，说明时间层次清楚；答不出，就回去改第 4 到第 6 句，通常是完成时用少了。

朗读录音时，每句读两遍是为了让你听见自己的第二遍。第一遍通常在找词，第二遍才是节奏。重音只放两个地方：动词和时间词，其余压平。这一条守住，八句话听起来就像汇报，而不是背课文。
